ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel ofland situate, lying and being at Bay View, in the
Village and Town of Southold. County ofSuITolk and State of New York, being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the Southwesterly line of a certain right of way 30
fi:ct, more or less, in width and hereinafter described, at the Southeasterly comer of land
which may have been conveyed by .Bunce to Richard J, Hasey, said pipe being South 56
degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 481.67 feet from a concrete monument
set on the Southwesterly line of Main Bay View Road at the Northwesterly corner of land
heretofore conveyed by .Bunee to Sophie Anderson;
RUNNING THENCE along the said Southwesterly line of said right of way South 15
degrees 24 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 100 feet to an iron pipe;
