BEING AND INTENDED to be the sanlC premises conveyed to the party oflhe first part herein by deed
from CARL S. BUTKOYICH and BRUNA BUTKOVICH, dated July 15.2002 and recorded July 22,
2002 in Liber 12200 at Page 8.
PREMISES more commonly known as: 5845 Nortb Ba)'view Road, Soutbold, New York 11971
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any. oflhe party of the first part of, in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above-describcd premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises: TO HAVE
AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost ofthe improvement before using any part ofthe total of
the sanle for any other purpose.

BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of North Bayview Road at the division
line between Lots 23 and 22 on above mentioned map;
RUNNING THENCE South 87 degrees 20 minutes 40 seconds East along above
mentioned division line, 139.95 feet to a point and land now or formerly of
Reese;
THENCE the following 2 courses and distances along last mentioned land:
