Notice of Hearings

1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because
the previous owner is going out of business and there would
be a 1tacant business building which would stand idle and deteriorate.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shored by 011 properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because
it is the only business building in the block beyond the
established B-l. zone line.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because
you have an existing business building which has been occupied
and operating nor many years. It would be much better to
have this building occupied and maintained than to let it lie
vacant and deteriorate. There would be no change in neighborhood
as it is an existing building.
