page 569, in pursuance of a judgment entered at a Special term of the
Supreme Court of SUFFOLK County on JANUARY 28, 1999 and in
consideration of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND SIXTY-THREE AND
58/100($186,063.58) Dollars paid by the grantee, being the highest sum
bid at the sale under said judgment does hearby grant and convey unto
the grantee,
