Form ZB1 (Continue on other side) REASON FOR APPEAL Continued 1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practicaldifficulti~ orunn~es- sory HARDSHIPb~ause the house is small and owners (Agria) need more room. The only possible way to expand the house is forward. Most of the oth~er homes a~e larger and hardsh~ip is created due to lack of sufficient living area. 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because most of the homes in the area are large and far apart. 3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because the the house is small and enlarging it would would apart be in keeping with the larger homes in the area. The addition be behind the 35' minimum set back and the houses are so far that it would nS change the character of the district.
