This is to certify that the existing concrete deck footings have been extended to 3' below grade per our instruction and that the deck is structurally stable and Is in gOOdlfalr condition. The 2" x 8" "cca" girders supporting the floor joists are In good condition but should be occasionally checked since they are directly on top of the existing grade as well as on the existing concrete footings. The existing railing posts bolted to the side of the deck (north side) show a minor amount of deterioration and should be replaced In the future.
