Melissa Spiro updated LPC members on status of contract and unresolved issues. Landowners wants
to close by end of 2007; however, County, in 50/50 partnership with Town, may not be able to meet
deadline. Town/County is moving ahead to reach anticipated closing date.

In researching property records, appraiser found a deed from 1991 that had a covenant & restriction
forbidding any additional dwellings from being constructed on the property for a period of 10 years.
The time period is over; however, appraiser wants to do further reseach to determine that this C&R
was not renewed, or to find any other C&R’s that may be on the property.
Appraisal reviewed and discussed. This project is on a submitted State grant.
MOTION
made by John Sepenoski, seconded by Chris Baiz, to direct Melissa Spiro to present a
purchase offer to Demchak landowners for a development rights easement on this entire parcel with
no agricultural restrictions pending resolving the issue of the deed covenant and restrictions.

Ray Huntington has problem with plans as presented and wants to talk further with John Sepenoski

Management Plans and to recommend all plans to Town Board for approval.
