The meeting began at 3:45 p.m. with three LPC members present. Applications: ?? EXECUTIVE SESSION. The members entered into Tim Caufield gave update on offer status. No consensus from LPC. Matter to be presented to Town Board with committee’s recommendations. ?? Tim Caufield gave update on negotiations. There is a lot of support from the local community. If Town wants to be involved, the time to make a Town commitment to this project is now. ?? County has prepared appraisal and made offer on entire parcel with no building areas. County has made request to Town to form a partnership with County for this preservation project. MOTION made by Eric Keil, seconded by John Sepenoski, to form partnership with County for the purchase of a development rights easement on the Terry Farm. Motion carried: 5/0 ?? MOTION made by Ray Huntington, seconded by Michelle Zaloom, to direct Melissa Spiro to commission an appraisal on property owned by B&J Realty/Osprey’s Dominion (Koehler). Due to time constraints, this request was not discussed and will be held over for discussion at next scheduled LPC meeting. Next Regular Meeting: ??
