Tim Caufield gave update on negotiations. There is a lot of support from the local community. If Town
wants to be involved, the time to make a Town commitment to this project is now.

MOTION made by Eric Keil, seconded by John Sepenoski, to form partnership with County for the
purchase of a development rights easement on the Terry Farm.
