MOTION made by Michelle Zaloom, seconded by Lillian Ball, to explore Suffolk County Water Authority property, and deeded right-of-way info from Assessors’ office, if necessary, however, LPC has no interest in pursuing this property at this time. MOTION carried 5/0/1 (Chris Bais absent from vote) ?? Landowner is re-considering his concept plan as he is considering future sale options. Melissa to amend offer letter and re-send to landowner for his review. VITTI PROPERTY SCTM #: 1000-59-3-27 Zoned: A-C Location: 43155 CR 48, Southold CPF: Yes Total Acreage: 20.76 acres (GIS 20.98 acres) Subdividable: Yes New application. New application reviewed. New concept plan is to stack three lots; however, DPW has stated no further curb cuts as it is a bad intersection. MS to meet with Planning Department for latest update on Vitti property. In the past, landowner wanted to maximize road frontage usage. County made offer and she dismissed it. General: ?? Ag PDD – FYI re: status John, Chris, Ray and Melissa attended meeting re: Ag PDD. Consensus is that more work needs to be done yet on proposed Ag PDD legislation. ?? Small Lot Policy Ray Huntington distributed a hand-out concerning proposed small lot policy and members entered into a discussion. ?? Financial Status Melissa is keeping track of financial status for land preservation funding and her tracking is available to any LPC member for review. ?? Farmland Bond Town Board is to prepare language for the farmland bond to be voted upon in November 2007 election. ?? USDA-NRCS grant award announcement Town of Southold received grant award for two of three projects submitted in 2007 USDA-NRCS proposal. Both projects scored 57 out of a possible 57 points – Roses Vineyard and Pfeifle Projects. ?? Deerkoski Public Hearing scheduled for Tuesday, June 5, 2007 at 8:00 p.m. ?? Bittner Contract not signed ?? McCarthy Property in Mattituck Hamlet Area Michelle mentioned that Mattituck Stakeholders would like to see making the McCarthy Property into a community park (Main Rd & New Suffolk Ave). ??
