as surviving tenant by the entirety,

Tennessee 37377, as tenant.§ in common without right of survivorship,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars and other valuable consideration
~aid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
and beinginthe Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being
more particularly bounded and described on Schedule A attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
TOGETItER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
~oads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights ofthe party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first pa~ will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
fa'st to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

TO BARRY F. PRINCE AND WILLIAM W. PRINCE
ALL that lot or parcel of land in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
known and distinguished as Lots Number 81 and 82 on a map entitled "Subdivision Map of
Founders Estates, situate at Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y. made by Otto W. Van Tuyl,
Engineer and Surveyor", dated March 18, 1927, and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on Map 10, 1927, as Map No. 834, said lots being bounded NORTHERLY by Landon
Lane, EASTERLY by Lots Number 89 and 90, SOUTHERLY by Lot Number 83, and
WESTERLY by Founders Path, being 149.75 feet on the northerly boundary, 150 feet on the
easterly boundary, 134.71 feet on the southerly boundary, and 150.75 feet on the westerly
boundary.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part in and to that
portion of Landon Lane and of Founders Path lying in front of and adjacent to the lands and
premises above described to the centre linc thereo£
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record, if any, affecting said premises, and
SUBJECT ALSO to zoning restrictions and ordinances adopted by any municipal, town, village
or other governmental authority.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated September 12, 1~219 and ~ecorded at the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
September 23, 1949 in Liber 2996 of conveyances at Page 425.
THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART reserves the right to possess, occupy and control all
of the described real property during her lifetime. Effective on the death of the party of the first
part, the parties of the second part shall take title to the real property in fee simple absolute.
