valuable consideration, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the
party of the sccond part, the heirs or suc:cessors and assigns of the party ofthe second part forever,
ALL that a certain plot, picce or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold, In the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being bounded and described as follows:

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed
dated May 20, 2004 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County June 3, 2007 in Liber
12322 page 973.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first partin and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO
HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns ofthc party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whcreby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the
party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to
receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the
improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before
using any part of the lotal of the same for any ,other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as ifit read "parties" whenever the sense oflhis indenture so
requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold, In the Town of
Southord, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the south side of a Right of Way distant easterly 208.00 feet from the
Intersec:tlon of the southeasterly side of Soundvlew Avenue with the southerly side of said Right of
Way; .
RUNNING THENCE north 47 degrees 08 minutes 10 second east along lands now or formerly of
Rachel S. levin and passing thru an Iron pipe, 196.20 feet to an Iron pipe and lands now or
formerly of Wlepzynskl;
RUNNING THENCE along said land now or formerly of Wlepzynskl:
1. south 38 degrees 49 minutes 50 seconds east, 84.41 feet;
2. south 36 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east, 71.70 feet;
3. south 36 degrees 10 minutes 10 seconds east, 80.16 feet to an Iron pipe and lands now or
formerly of James P. Hunter Corp.
RUNNING THENCE south 47 degrees 08 minutes 10 seconds west along said lands now or formerly
of Hunter, 172.35 feet thru an Iron pipe, 172.35 feet to lands now or formerly of G.L. Penny IV;
RUNNING THENCE north 42 degrees 51 minutes 50 seconds west along said lands now or formerly
