MADELINE SINGAS APOSTOLOU, residing Bt 64 Stuart Place, Manhasset, NY, 11030, as to an
undivided fifty (50%) percent interest, as tenants-in-t:ommon
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the firSI part, in consideration of TEN ($10.00) dolIars,
lawful money of the Uniled Stales paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties oflbe first part by deed daled
June 13.2001 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on AugusII. 2001 in Liber
12133 at page 311.
TOGETHER wilh all righI, litle and inlerest, ifany, oflhe party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abuUing the above deseribed premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and 10 said
premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, excepl as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part wilI receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the righl to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for Ihe purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same firsl to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part oflhe total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if il read "parties" whenever the
sense oflhis indenture so requires.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being near Greenport Village,
Town of South old, County of Suffolk and State of New York and described as Lot No. 65 on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Eastern Shores at Greenport", filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on April 27, 1964 as Map No. 4021, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of McCann Lane, distant 315.72 feet Southerly from
the comer formed by the intersection of the easterly side of McCann Lane and the Southerly side of
Sound Drive;
RUNNING THENCE North 71 degrees 53 minutes 40 seconds East along the dividing line between
lots 65 and 66 on the aforesaid map, 144.32 feet;
THENCE South 20 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds East 110.38 feet to the dividing line between
lots 65 and 64 on the aforesaid map;
THENCE South 74 degrees 04 minutes 10 seconds West along said dividing line 151.32 feet to
the
easterly side of McCann Lane;
THENCE Northerly along the easterly side of McCann Lane;
1. North 15 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds west, 50.96 feet;
2. North 18 degrees 06 minutes 20 seconds West, 53.58 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
