The exterior 1830 portion carries older, if not the original, decorative elements:
paaelled corner pilasters, panelled and molded architrave on original entrance doorway
(!lide net visible in photo). This older portion is also overlaid with decorative element:
of a later period: bargeboards sup~rted by large sawn brackets, shingled overhangings
above windows, ga~ decorations. The 1896 structure ',rithout these elements but 1ncorpoI
some good stained glass windows still ill. place.
