Krupski, Jr.,Trustee The meeting was called to order at 12:42PM by President Bredemeyer. 1. ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSEMENT Narrow River Marina re: maintenance dredging of access channel and marina basin was discussed. At i:00PM the action was tabled until I:50PM at which time the Board re-convened in order to hear written comments of A1 Krupski who was absent (read by John Bednoski). Another discussion followed and the Trustees agreed to accept the plan as presented as of the date of the last survey, February 7,1990. John Bredemeyer moved to declare this project a Negative Declaration, seconded by Henry Smith. ALL AYES 2. DREDGE PRIORITY LIST RE: Maintneance dredging of creek mouths in Southold Town, the Trustees resolved to approve the list that was presented by Bay Constable Don Dzenkowski and a letter was sent to SCDPW, accordingly. John Bednoski made a motion to approve the list, seconded by John Tuthill. ALL AYES 3. WAIVERS FOR SCDPW OPERATIONS The Trustees resolved to approve waiver for SCDPW operations which have valid NYSDEC permits and are on the 1990 Trustee list. Moved by John Bednoski, seconded by Henry Smith. ALL AYES 4. TRUSTEE DREDGE PROJECT ADJACENT TO GUS WADE PROPERTY A) It was resolved that the Board of Trustees authorize the president of the Board to develop plans and specifications and secure any necessary governmental permits for the creation of a small boat mooring facility on Trustee property at the terminus of East Road, Cutchogue. This project shall be planned to provide a minimum of ten (10) boat slips for vessels not to exceed 20' in length with a channel not to exceed a water depth of 4' BMLW. The project shall include the creation of a marsh fringe along the edge and southeasterly terminus of said Trustee Land as an environmental benefit. All channel slopes shall be planned not to exceed 3 to 1. A motion to approve the above was made by Henry Smith, seconded by John Bednoski. ALL AYES b) STATUS ON GUS WADE APPLICATION Following a discussion, the Trustees determined that the application of Gus Wade be considered incomplete until all involved agencies have the same application before them, (inclusion or omission of bridge in the plan). It was also resolved that the Trustees will assume Lead Agency Status as per SEQRA procedure. The motion on the incomplete application and Lead Agency Status was made by John Bednoski. Henry Smith seconded this motion. ALL AYES 5. 1990 FEE SCHEDULE The new fee schedule for 1990 was unanimously ratified, effective JANUARY 25, 1990. 6. DREDGING OF MATTITUCK INLET The Trustees resloved to grant a waiver to the Army Corps of Engineers to maintenance dredge Mattituck Inlet and to make use of Town property. It was so moved by John Bredemeyer with a second to the motion by John Bednoski. ALL AYES 7. YOUNG'S MARINA RESOLUTION After a brief discussion it was moved by John Bredemeyer to withdraw original motion of the Board and submit the motion as it was typed. Letters will be sent to Mr. Frank Flynn and to Merlon Wiggin with the new resolution included. This motion was seconded by Henry Smith. ALL AYES l:30PM ..... John Bredemeyer moved that the Board go into Executive Session. l:40PM ..... Henry Smith moved that the Board go out of Executive Session. 8. CLARIFICATION OF TYPE I AND TYPE II LIST It was moved by Henry Smith and seconded by John Tuthill that the Board adopt the clarification to SEQRA regarding Type I and Type II lists, effective January 25, 1990. ALL AYES 9. NYSDEC SHELLFISH CLOSURES A letter received from Maureen Davidson of the DEC regarding the seasonal certification of Arshamomaque, Town and Jockey Creeks was discussed.
