On t'l)e 3t Acres of land t'l1ere has never been a parkine problem.
T'here is approx. 800,000 sq. ft. mainly used as a parkinC area, and
more available. Iven wi t'l1 &full 'I1ouse , at no time did tne parkinr;
intrude itself on to tbe road, or on nei(hbors property.

in five years, t'hey bave practioally no problem witb traffic on tbis
r oad at all. And it was 'hie opinion tbat tne few acoidents tbat did
ooour t'hru out t'he yeara , were mainly in Peconie and was not due to
any road problems ortraffio. , .
Polioein, presents no problem at all. I notice at many fuaotioa
_bere people iat~er . Whet'her business or personal , rand. OQlDe and leave
at aa time, it seems tne police willingly serve to direot traffio
at appointed time. If t~is service is not available, I am sure it
oan be taken oare of privately, b1 someone qualified to do BO.
