The Board of Trustees rightly rejected his application (Trustees Decision enclosed). Now he is back trying to have us believe that his 10 X 14 old tool shed somehow has transformed into a Beach House that needs electric, plumbing and a Deck. If this application is not rejected, his next application will be that he has an existing "little house". The majority of owners of the North Fork Beach Condominiums heartily request that the Board of Trustees rejects this disingenuous application. My client wishes to repair and/or, in place, replace the existing wood structure. Since the Board denied a permit to construct a single family dwelling on this parcel, the recreational use of the property and structure remains the only viable use.
