The Tax Map Identifications of said properties are: ---Owned by Kenneth J. ---Owned by Kenneth J. Elizabeth M. Maher, Maher ONLY: Maher & his wife: 1000 117 10.13 1000 117 10.14 To reiterate our conversation, these two parcels were conveyed SEPARATELY on January 31, 1991, with: two distinct Bills/Contracts of Sales, two individual deeds, two separate title searches, two different, guaranteed surveys, etc. Additionally, the Town of Southold has always treated these two- _ parcels separately and distinctly by: showing them as two different parcels on all tax maps drawn/issued by the Town, identifying each piece by its own tax map number, always issuing two separate tax bills annually to the owner(s) of record, identifying each parcel by itR different owner(s) name (s) on all town records, " maintaining two separate property record cards, and that each parcel has a distinct address on two different roads: Jackson Avenue or 5th st.
