RE: Roy Reeve Agency Parking
Dear Mr, McCarthy.
The Planning Board has received your letter of June 27. 1995. requesting
a waiver of Site Plan review for the expansion of use and parking at the
above site.
The Board will waive the Site Plan requirements for 3. 500 square feet of
office space and two doctors at the above location.
A review of the parking requirements indicates that 45 spaces are required
and 46 spaces are to be provided.
If you have any questions. or require further information. please contact
this office.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me at-your
June 27th wor k session. As discw,.,ed, we are requesting a
waiver of site plan at the above r"ferenced location.
This site presently houues the-Roy Reeve Agency in the
west and has vacant space on the east. After discussions
with Roh Kassner we have come up with the following
scenario, and we look forward to your waiver based upon
the following information:

HAMLET BUSINESS
USE: OFFICE SPACE
3500 sq ft ('westerly)
TWO PHYSICIAN'S OFFICES
and related space (easterly)
We are calculating the parking as follows:
Office space @ 1 per 100sq ft =
Physician office @ 5 per Physician =
