I should have stated my intentions more clearly however. My wish is to purchase 24 feet or less of the flag in order to move away from the wetland area and have greater flexibilty in this side yard area. Unfortunately, ifI acquire all 25 feet of the flag, this becomes a comer lot with two front yards and my setback would then be 50 feet t¥om the right of way instead of the 45 that presently exists. Her lot enjoys a deeded right of way 30 feet in width from Goose Creek Lane to her home site. Please advise how I need to proceed.
