This conveyance has been made with the unanimous consent in writing of all stockholders of the party of the first part. SAID PREMISES being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Warcx Terminals Corporation, as grantee, by deed dated 07/14/94, and recorded 08/31/94, in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, in Liber 11692 of Dccds, at page 25, said deed made by Sun Company, Inc., as grantor.
