party of the second pan. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second pan forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
siwate, lying and being at Cuuhogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of Ncw York. more
particularly bounded and described nn Schedule A attached hereto.

Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the Pint part by Deed dated I I/I /04,
recorded I I/7A/04 in Liher 12356. Page 892;
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOCETIIER with the appurtcnattces and all the rsW[r and righL~ of the party of the tint part in and to
said premiers;
TO NAYEAND TO HOLD the premiers herein granted unto the party of the second pan, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.,
AND the party of the fiat part, covenants that the parry of the first part has not door or suffered anything
whereby the said premiers hate been cnwmbcrcd in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the tint pan, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law. covenants that the patty
of the first pan will receive the consideration for this conveyancr and will hold the right to rcccitc such
consideration as a tntst fund to be applied tint for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the impmvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose.
9'he word "party" shall be conswed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on northwesterly line of Middle Road (CR 48} (North
Road) distant 67.9 feet northeasterly from the intersection of the northeasterly
line of Tuthill Road (private road) with the northwesterly line of Middle Road
(CR 48) (North Road}, sa[d point of beginning being where the division line
between premises described herein and land now or formerly of James Mason
