THENCE south 19 degrees 14 minutes 50 seconds cast, 20080 feet to the northerly side of
Hummel Avenue;
THENCE along the northerly side of I•lummel Avcnuc, south 70 degrtxs 45 minutes 10
~ seconds west 70.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parry ofthc first pan
by Bred dated 6/25/93, recorded 6/29/93 in Liber t 1634, Page 921.
TOGETHER with ali right, title and interest, if any, of the part}• of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above dcscrib~d premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estntc and rights of the party of the first part
in and to said premises,

heirs or successors and assigns of the parry of the second pan forever.
AND the pang of the Frst pan, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or
suff'crcd anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatevcy except

AND the party of the first part, incompliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as n wst fund to br applied first 1'or the purpose of paying the
cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any pan of the totall of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
