Baird; THENCE South 21 degrees West by and with said land last above mentioned. 250 feet to another stone monument; THENCE South 86 degrees 07 minutes 40 seconds East still along land last above mentioned, 600 feet to another stone monument located on the westerly side of Boisseau Avenue; and THENCE North 21 degrees Easl by and with the westerly side of Boisseau Avenue 250 feet to the stone monument at the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of thc first part by deed dated April 29, 1985, and recorded July 25, 1985 in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 9838, Page 416.
