ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate lying and being at Fast
Marion in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, which plot
is known as end by parts of lots numbered 109-108 end 110 as shown on a map
entilJed, "Map of Section Two, Gardlner's Bay Estates, situate at East Madon,
Long Island', which map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
September 23, 1927 end more parl]cularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING et a monument in the northeasterly side of Cedar Lane where the
northerly line of lot no. 110 as shown on the above merffJoned map end the
southerly line of land now or forme~ of S~hne[der intersects said northeasterly
