Ryder); and from said point of beginning RUNNING THENCE along the northerly line of Main Road, North 80 degrees OS minutes West 121.07 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of Van Cleef, formerly J.A.V. Scheckenback; i RUNNING THENCE along said land and land now or formerly of Weiler, North 4 degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds East 223.26 feet to a monument; RUNMNG THENCE along land now or formerly of Weiler and PJ. Tuthill, South 85 degrees 09 minutes 40 seconds East 130.36 feet to a monument and said land of George R.
