of the first pan will receive the rnnsidemtion for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the saint for any other purpose. 7'he word "parry" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
scttse of this indenture so requires.

erected, situate, lying and being at Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly line of the Main Road about 1700 feet westerly
along said northerly line from Yourt~s Avenue, said point of beginning being the southwesterly
corner of land conveyed to George R Latham by deed dated December 12, 1949 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 4,1950 in Liber 3032 ep 489 (later of C.E.
Ryder); and from said point of beginning
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly line of Main Road, North 80 degrees OS minutes
West 121.07 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of Van Cleef, formerly J.A.V.
Scheckenback;

RUNNING THENCE along said land and land now or formerly of Weiler, North 4 degrees 50
minutes 20 seconds East 223.26 feet to a monument;
RUNMNG THENCE along land now or formerly of Weiler and PJ. Tuthill, South 85 degrees
09 minutes 40 seconds East 130.36 feet to a monument and said land of George R. Latham
(Ryder);
RUNNING THENCE along said land South 7 degrees 14 minutes 40 seconds West 234.27 feet
to the northerly line of Main Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
