The Planning Board has given ten~at1ve approval to this map
as subm1t~ed on the follow1og conditions I
1. The new road as shown will be built to Town Highway
Spec1f1ca~1ons (stone base and blacktop surface can be subst1tu~ed
for mixed base & 2 coats of asphalt sand & bluestone.)
2. Public water to be provided in the bed of the proposed
road to serve each lot as shown on ~he map.
3. Elec~r1c service made available to each lot.
4. Name for road ~o be subm1~ted on final map.
The next s~ep is ~o have a~ leas~ 2 pr1n~s of the map made
by a licensed engineer (Chandler & Palmer) and send ~o the Plann10g
Board for final approval and signature.

not have any forms here in regard to this, so I would also
appreciate your sending me any needed forms.
