Gentlemen: T
This is to certify thattthe following action was taken by the
Southold Town Planning Board at a regular meeting held on February
15, 1965:
On motion by Mr. Noise, seconded by Mr. Unkelbach, it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board recommend to the
Town Board a performance Ilond of $15,000.00 for the construction of
the roads and the water mains in the subdivision, "Melrose Manor",
located in Southold, owned and developed by Clement Booth.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Mr. Wickham, Mr. Moisa, Mr. Young,
Mr. Unkelbach.
