Cutchogue, NY 11935 RE: EDWARD & ADRIENNE SOLOMON 1205 POINT PLEASANT RD, MATTITUCK SCTM# 114-1-4 -'......:; Dear Mr. Samuels: The Board of Town Trustees took the following action during its regular meeting held on Wednesday, April 19, 2006 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, Samuels and Steelman Architects as agent for EDWARD & ADRIENNE SOLOMON applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code, the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated March 27, 2006, and WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council and to the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program Coordinator for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on April 19, 2006 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the proposal complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 97 of the South old Town Code, 2 WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approve the application of EDWARD AND ADRIENNE SOLOMON to construct an in-ground swimming pool and enclosure fence with the conditions that there be a dry well for pool backwash and the two fences in the intertidal area be removed back to the toe of the bluff and all as depicted in the plans prepared by Samuels and Steelman Architects revised 4/27/06. Permit to construct and complete project will expire two years from the date the permit is signed.
