Deputy cOUnty Directors County D1rector of Civilian Protection ls4u,nc~ iDll BUuu it ~ &Ill, 1DiJ;ruption~ At the meeting of the school authorities on October 13th, I was quite amazed to find that even though couJty-wide bulletins had been issued in regar4 to certain procedures relative to evening activity in the sChools, that in different areas different instructions had been issued to the SChool authorities. In a great many instances, this has caused undue confusion for which there was no need. In the future, all instructions or bulletins you intend to issue within your juriSdiction to the various croups of Civilian Protection workers shall be submitted to this office for approval before issuance, Icw FLOYD D.
