Dear Mr. Monsell:
This is to advise you that the following action was
taken by the Southold Town Board of Appeals at their regular
meeting held on June 30, 1966:
"It was RESOLVED in accordance with a letter received
from the Mattituck Lions Club, the Board of Appeals grants
permission to the Mattituck Lions Club to maintain a bullentiri
board on the f..nt of the building housing the office of Mr.
J. McNulty. It is the opinion of the Board that this sign
is in the public jn terest. "

Gentlemen:
The Lions Club of Mattituck maintains a bulletin board
on the front of the bUilding housing the office of Mr. J.
McNulty. We have been informed by the owner of the building,
Mr. AI. Lutz, that he has been requested to obtain a permit
or remove the board.
We did not realize that a permit was needed, but if such is the
case, would you consider this our application for same.
