Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because. There is no other available land ~o increase the

REASON FOR APPEAL
Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-

The 75ft 9in frontage will give am~le room
for the existing dwelling and to build another on the southerly lot.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by 011 properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because This is the large st and deepe st
lot other than farm land on this side of the street, which is held
in seperate ownership..
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because This is a residential street with lots
of various sizes. The proposed division of this lot will be for
residential use and not change or harm the charicter of the area.
