ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at
Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as Lot 16 and part of Lot 15 on a certain Map entitled,
"Map of Property of Blanche T. Dickinson, Peconic, Long island, New York,
surveyed by Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L.S.", and filed in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on June 6, 1926, as Map Number 860, which said Lot
and part of Lot, when taken together, are more particularly bounded and
