a surveyor's stone or cement monument; running thence north 31 degrees
45 minutes west two hundred seventy-five and ninety-eight one hundredths
(275.98) feet to Long Island Sound; running thence westerly seventy and
seven one hundredths feet (70.07) along Long Island Sound to a line
drawn north 31 degrees 45 minutes west from the point of beginning; and
running thence south 31 degrees 45 minutes east two hundred sixty-eight
and twenty-eightone hundredths (268,28) feet to the point or place of z
beginning, the last mentioned course being parallel to the second course'`s:
hereof and also parallel to the westerly boundary line of the entire
