Sou£6old, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of a twenty-five
foot right of way which runs from land now or formerly of Valentine
Ruch to the Main North Road or Kings Highway where the northwesterly
line of land of one Tunis would if extended in a straight line intersect'.
the easterly line of said right of way running thence in a northeasterly
direction a distance of one hundred and fifty (150) feet, thence
running at a right angle to the last mentioned course and in a
southeasterly direction a distance of fifty feet thence running at
right angles to the last mentioned course and parallel to the first
course in a southwesterly direction to the easterly line of said right
of way; thence along the easterly line of said right of way to the
point or place of beginning. Said parcel being bounded northwesterly
by land of Pitman, northeasterly by land of Valentine Ruch; southeasterly
by land of Hyatt and southwesterly by the twenty-five foot road above
mentioned.
Together with a right of way about twenty-five feet wide as
now laid out over land of Valentine Ruch running from the right of
way hereinbefore described to Arshamomoque Bay. Said right of way
being bounded on north by land of Hyatt, on the south by land of
Cassidy.
