of the said South Road; running thence southerly along the easterly
line of the said Ronik property two hundred thirty (230) feet; thence
easterly on a line parallel to the southerly side of the South Road
one hundred sixty-five (165) feet; thence northerly two hundred thirty
(230) feet to the southerly side of the said South Road and thence
westerly one hundred sixty-five (165) feet along the southerly side of
