and Twenty-seven. Being those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land conveyed by
Herbert L. Fordham, a Referee, to WSlliso T. Cunningham by deed dated August 1, 1904,'.

of deeds Page 514. Being the cava lots conveyed to Edward M. Costello and Margaret
Costello, his wife, by deed dated April 14, 1936 and recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 928 of deeds, Page 358, and further being the same
Iota of which said Edward M. Costello died missed on March 24, 1944, his Will being
a. recorded at Liber of Wille, 131, Page 528.
