follows, being a part of the property known as the Clay-Banks Property;
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Main South Road leading
from Southold to Greenport, said point being one hundred (100) feet
westerly from the westerly line of a certain right of way over the
easterly end of said pronarty of partiee of first part; running thence
southerly and parallel to the first course of the westerly line of said
right of way, to land of the Long Island Railroad Company; thence 1n a
general southwesterly direction along said land of Long Island Railroad
Company to land now or formerly of Albert Sill; thence northerly along
said land now or formerly of Albert Sill to a corner; thence southwester-

northwesterly along said land now or formerly of Albert Sill and then
along land of William Butler to the southerly line of said Main South
