Witnesseth that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten and
00/100ths_________________________________________Dollars ($10.00 )
lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable considerations
paid by the part y of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the
part 7 of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,all
that tract or parcel of land situate in the Village of Greenport,
Suffolk County, Nen York, the same being part of Lot 96 as designated
and appears on Map of Thomas F. Price Estate; said map was made by
Otto Van Tuyl, Engineer and Surveyor, of Greenport, New York, same
being on file in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk,
State of New York; bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Oak Street where it
intersects with the easterly line of the New Greenport Public School
site; running thence easterly fifty (50) feet to Lot No. 97, on above
described map; thence southerly one hundred fifty (150) feet, more or
less, along the westerly line of Lot Pio. 97 to the northerly line of
land of the Knights of Columbus property; thence westerly along property
of said Knights of Columbus, fifty (50) feet, to the New Crecnport Pub11
School site; thence northerly along the neer school site one hundred
fifty (150) feet, more or less, to Oak Street and place or paint of
beginning. This is a revised division of Lot No. 96.
AND IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED by the parties hereto that certain stree s
shown on the above said subdivision Map and known as Oak St., ISaple Ave.
West St, and Seventh Ave, and running to the property of the Union Schoo
District No. 10 on the westerly side of the said subdivision I-lap, have
been closed at the junction with the said Union School District No. 10
property and that they are dead end streets.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Irving L.Price,Sr
as Executor of Will of Thomas F. Price, deceased, to William Wilsen by.,
Deed dated March 25th 1933 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on March 27th 1933 in Liber 1705 of Duds at Page 231. -�
