Newyork, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on
the easterly side of Bailey Avenue, where the southerly line of land
formerly of Irving Webb and now of the parties of the second part
intersects the easterly side of Bailey Avenue and running thence
in a southerly direction along the easterly s1.de of Bailey Avenue a
distance of sixty feet (60-), running thence in an easterly direction
and on a course parallel to the southerly line of the said land of
the parties of the second part to a certain right of way, a distance
of one hundred forty feet (1401) more or less; running thence in a
northerly direction along the westerly line of said right of way a
