S.A. NORVILLE of 504 Lenox Avenue, Borough of Manhattan, New York,
parties of the first part,
and VIOLA LOWS residing at 32-32 St. Nicholas Place, Borough of
Manhattan, idew York City, New York,
party of the second part,

by the party of the second pan, do hereby grant and rdeasa unto the parry of the second part,
her heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that lot or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon, situated, lying and being in the Village of Greenport. Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York ff known and
designated as lots twenty-two (22) and twenty-three `23) on a certain
map entitled, "plan of S. Buel Corwin Estate", as laid out in lots by
him in 1882. Resurveyed by C.H.Bateman in June 1904 for Referee's sale
July 2nd, 1904, C.F. Bateman, Civil Engineer and Surveyor, and filed
In the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on December 12, 1930, as
map number 548. Said lots when taken together being more particularly
bounded and described according to said map;
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the
southerly side of Corwin Street with the westerly side of Eighth
Street, both as shown on said map; running thence southerly along
the westerly side of Eighth Street, .107 Feet more or less to the
northerly line of land of Long Island Railroad; thence westerly
along the northerly line of land of Long Island Railroad to the
Southeasterly corner of lot 21, as shown on said map; thence north-
erly along the division line between lots 21 and 22, as shown on the
aforesaid map,120 feet more or less to the southerly side of Corwin
Street; thence easterly along the Southerly side of Corwin Street,
100 feet to the corner, the point or place of BEGINNING.
