running thence easterly at right angles to said line of Sound Road and',

thousand three hundred forty (1340) feet, more or less, to ordinary
high water mark.of Long Island Sound; thence northeasterly along
said ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound three hundred fifty-
five (355) feet, more or less, to land of Paul Sinuta; thence along
said land of Paul Sinuta four courses, as follows:-

3. S. 330 481 00" E. 933.04 feet to a stone monument; thence
