County and State aforesaid, and known as Lots Nos. 9 & 10 on a
certain map or survey of land filed in the office of the Clerk of
Suffolk.County by John G. Champlin and bounded as follows: Northerly
sixty-three (63) feet by Champlin Place; Easterly sixty-nine feet and
seven-tenths (69.7) feet by Stirling Place; Southerly eighty (80)
feet by lend formerly owned by John A. Monsell and Westerly sixty-
nine and seven-tenths (69.7) feet by Lot No. 8 on said map or survey,
be the same more or less.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Ansel V. Young
and Blanche P. Youngs his wife, to Stanley Kudlinski and Anna Kudllnskla
his wife, by Deed dated the 4th day of April, 1946 and recorded in they
Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 2551 of Deeds, page 490, on
the 16th day of April, 1946.
