four hundred (400) feet southerly along said westerly line of said Inlet
Lane from the point of intersection of said westerly line with the
southerly line of Manhasset Avenue; running thence westerly at an angle of
ninety degrees (900) with said westerly line of Inlet Lane and parallel

concrete monument; running thence southerly at an angle of ninety degrees
