Buel Corwin Estate, Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, as laid out in lots in 1882, re-surveyed In Tune 1904 for Referee's Sale July 2, 1904, C.H. Bateman, Surveyor & Engineer, Shelter Island, N.Y. and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, said lot No. 39 being bounded and described as follows: North by Wiggins Street forty-seven and one-half (47s) feet; East by Lot No. 38 as laid out on said map one hundred twenty-five and two-tenths (125.2) feet; South by Lot No. 40 as laid out on said map forty-seven (47) feet, and west by Eighth Street one hundred twenty-four and nine- tenths (124.9). feet, be the said several dimensions more or less. TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first part of, In and to such portions of Wiggins Street and Eighth Street as adjoin the said premises to the center line thereof. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Brewster Smith and M. Eloise Smith, his wife, to Albert A.
