entered into a written contract in his lifetime, on August 6th
1942, with the grantee herein, aheroby said decedent agreed to
sell and convey to said grantee for the price and on the terms
and conditions contained in said contract the premises heroin-
after described, and said grantee agreed to purchase the same
and pay the purchase price provided for in said contract,
NOW the said Pauline Case, Executrix, in compliance with
