'between EDWARD NIDDS, residing at Main Rid, Southold/, Suffolk
.County, New York, and GEORGE W. KEIRIEY, residing at 4270 - 156th
Street, Flushing, U,usens County, New York, parties of the first
-.•u part, and GOLDMITR'S BOAT SHOP, INC., a domestic corporation,
with office and principal place of business at Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH that the
parties of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar (41.00)
lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable con-
sideration, paid by the party of the second part, do hereby grant
and release unto the party of the second pert, its successors and
assigns forever, all that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,
together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situate,
_ lying and being in the Township of Southold, in the County of
.Suffolk, State of New York, particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of lfain Road at a
nail in pole number 850 which marks the ne rthwe sterly corner of
land of Sledjeski and the northeasterly corner of land of the par-
ties of the first part and running along said land of Sledjeski south
10 20' 30", east 165 feet, thence along other land of Goldsmith's
.Boat Shop, Ino. and through a basin in said land south 620 45'
west 660 feet, thence still in said basin south 140 45', east about
500 feet to Southold Bay at about the middle of a canal connecting
said basin with said bay, thence in a general northwesterly direc-
tion along said Southold Bay to the mouth of Lilt Creek, thence in
a general northeasterly direction along the easterly high water
mark of said Mill Creek to the southerly line of said Lain Road,
thence along the said southerly line of said Lain Road two courses
as follows: First South 840 12' East 175 feet more or less, Second
South 890 521, East 152.58 Peet to the point of beginning.
