easterly by Booth Place one hundred twenty (120) feet, southerly by
Washington Avenue fifty (50) feet, and westerly by Lot Number Forty-
seven (47) as shorn on said map one hundred twenty (120) feet.
BEING part of the premises conveyed by Charles S. wilmarth and
�I others to Anna Marie Reiter by Deed dated April 18th 1930 and recorded
lin the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 21st 1930 in Liber 1496
of Deeds at Page 110, and this conveyance is subject to the restriction
