be the same premises conveyed by Falter E. Phelps and George E. Alexand r
as Executors of the Estate of John M. Phelps to Fianuel D. Gloria by Dee
dated May 10th 1926 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office o
May 19th.1926 in Liber 1184 of Deeds at Page 478.
PARCEL NO. 2 - Beginning on the south side of Flint Street as shame o
map "Plan of property at Greenport, Suffolk County, N.Y, known as
Greenport Driving Park, surveyed by C.H. Bateman, Shelter Island, N.Y.,
laid out into lots by C.H. Hall, C.E., Brooklyn, N.Y. August 1909",
distant one hundred (100) feet westerly from the corner formed by the

the southerly side of Flint Street three hundred (300) feet. thence
southerly parallel with the wester_,'.side of Seventh Street one hundre

block; thence easterly along, the center line of the block three hundred
(300) feet; thence northerly parallel with the westerly side of Seventh

Manuel D. Gloria by Deed dated October 26th 1931 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 2nd 1931 in Liber 1613 of
Deeds at Page 385.
