in June 1904 for Referee's Sale July 2, 1904, C.H. Bateman, Engineer
and Surveyor, as and by Lot Number Four (4); said premises being
bounded northerly by Front Street fifty (50) feet, easterly by Lot
Number Three (3) now owned by the parties of the second part one hundred
twenty-six and one-half (126'—a) feet, more or less, southerly by Lot !
Number Thirty-one (31) fifty (50) feet more or less, and westerly by
Lot Number Five (5) owned by David E. Corwin, formerly of Magoey,
one hundred twenty-six (126) feet, more or less.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a part of the premises conveyed by Julia
H. Murray and Frances W. Meyer to Thomas E. Black by Deed dated March 4 h
1913 and recorded in the Suffolk Coanty Clerk's Office on April 3rd 191
in Liber B41 of Deeds at Page 325 and which said premises were devised
in the Last Will and Testament of Thomas E. Black to Mary J. Black,
said Will being admitted to probate by the Surrogaters Court of Suffolk
County on the 22nd day of September 1940.
