IKM situate in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 50 feet southeasterly along the south-
westerly line of a private road as laid out through lend now or
formerly of Valentine Ruch and Helen R. Ruch, from a cement
monument at the northerly corner of land conveyed by said Valentine
Ruch and Helen R. Ruch to Walter E. Hyatt by deed dated September 6,
1924, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in
Liber 1110 of Deeds at page 139; running thence southeasterly along
the southwesterly line of said private road 76.8 feet to a cement
monument; thence in a southwesterly direction 180.5 feet and passing
through a cement monument to highwater mark of Arshamomoque Bay;
running thence northwesterly along said highwater mark in a straight
line 13.5 feet to a point 50 feet southeasterly along said high-
water mark from the southeasterly line of land now or formerly of
Irving A. Tunis; thence northeasterly along other land formerly of
Walter R. Hyatt 170 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
